Founded in 2018 by Chef Rizky Wijaya, Ayam Terbang began as a small food truck serving crispy, herb-marinated fried chicken — our signature dish that quickly earned a loyal following. Today, we operate a full-service restaurant and catering arm, committed to sharing Indonesia’s rich gastronomic heritage with guests from around the world.
